These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of drunkenadmin.com and any tools, utilities, or content made available at this domain (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Jason Hansen as a personal, non-commercial project. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service hosts personal developer utilities, experiments, and integrations. It is provided on an informal basis and may change, break, or be taken offline at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

You agree not to:

Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or connected third-party systems;
Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service (for example, through automated scraping, brute force, or denial-of-service activity);

Use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or misleading content.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JASON HANSEN OR THE OPERATORS OF THE SERVICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE U.S. DOLLAR (US $1.00).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the Service from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
